The food as nourishment for the spirit is the basis of the Vegan diet, guided by Myra Panascia, Naturopathic Practitioner. Every day in the retreat, fresh food will be prepared for energy and detoxification. An individual body treatment will be provided. This treatment will move you towards an energetic balancing, during the process of transformation.
