Long ago the ancient, original-growth, hardwood forests of Central Java were felled. The roots and stumps were left behind, forgotten.

Now these massive pieces of teak have been retrieved and transformed into benches, their smooth and sensual shapes dictated organically by the unique forms of the wood.
