Karangasem regency is located in
eastern of Bali island with Amlapura as the capital
city. Karangasem covers 839.54 square km of land,
consists of 8 sub-districts: Kubu, Rendang, Abang,
Sidemen, Selat, Bebandem, Karangasem, and Manggis;
and divided into 71 administrative villages.
Karangasem regency is dominated by the grand Mount
Agung. It has many places of interest and great
beaches. |

with exotic nature view with its total population
is more than 369.320 people. It has unique name
‘Mutiara dari Timur’
(Jewel of the East)
and potential sectors in tourism, small industry,
dry farming, black-gold mining. Karangsem is also
known for its artistic culture. |
